§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the strefasamochodow.pl website.

  3. These Terms are the terms referred to in Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Website: the strefasamochodow.pl website.
  2. Service Provider: the entity indicated in § 1(2).
  3. User: a natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website.
  4. Partner: a bank, leasing company, long-term rental company or insurance company that cooperates with the Service Provider.
  5. Request: an enquiry sent by the User using a form on the Website.

§ 3. Services on the website

  1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:
    1. information about car financing and insurance options and selected offers;
    2. a contact form for sending a Request and arranging contact with an advisor by phone or email;
    3. email notifications about the Service Provider’s new services, for Users who have consented to them.
  2. The agreement for the contact form service is concluded when the Request is sent and terminates once the Request has been handled.
  3. The agreement for the notification service is concluded upon sign-up and lasts until cancelled, which can be done at any time by clicking the link in a message or by writing to the Service Provider’s email address.

§ 4. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Website you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address or phone number.
  2. The Service Provider informs that using electronic services involves typical risks, such as malware or phishing attempts. The Service Provider uses technical measures to protect transmitted data, including an encrypted connection.

§ 5. Nature of information and offers

  1. Information and offers presented on the Website are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
  2. Final financing or insurance terms depend on the configuration and price of the car, the User’s situation and the Partner’s decision, and are set out in the contract concluded by the User directly with the Partner.
  3. The Service Provider does not grant loans, leases or rentals and is not an insurance company. The Service Provider acts as[credit intermediary entered in the KNF register under no. ... / insurance agent entered in the register under no. ...].
  4. The decision to grant financing or conclude an insurance contract rests solely with the Partner.

§ 6. User obligations

  1. The User undertakes to provide true data and to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice.
  2. The User may not provide unlawful content, including sending third parties’ data without their consent.

§ 7. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the Website can be sent to kontakt@strefasamochodow.pl or by post to the Service Provider’s registered office.
  2. A complaint should include the User’s contact details and a description of the problem.
  3. The Service Provider considers a complaint within [14] days of receipt and replies in the same way it was submitted, unless the User indicates otherwise.
  4. Complaints about contracts concluded with Partners are handled by the Partners in accordance with their own terms.
  5. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. contact a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, and in matters related to the financial market, the Financial Ombudsman (rf.gov.pl).

§ 8. Personal data

  1. The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy policy.

§ 9. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of services. It will announce the change on the Website at least 7 days before it takes effect.
  2. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Polish law.
  3. These Terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
  4. These Terms take effect on [data].
